Neel’s audio engineering academic journey has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the technical, artistic, and business aspects of audio production for recorded music, electronic music, films, podcasts and live events. This knowledge empowers him to excel in diverse roles such as Live Sound Engineer, Record Producer, Post-production Engineer, Sound Editor, Mix engineer, and Audio-visual technician.
Neel’s previous academic journey into Mathematics has honed his analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, that proved to be invaluable assets in his previous career in Actuarial Science. Such a diverse background has also proven helpful in cultivating necessary project management skills required to function in the audio industry as a freelancer.
As an audiophile who is equipped on knowledge about musical aesthetics acquired during his degree at SAE Institute London in Audio engineering and production, Neel is fully equipped with all skills required to create colourful yet imaginative sounds to fill up a sonic world.
His mastery in all audio production tasks like recording, editing, mixing and mastering also extend to Post-Production work.
Whether it is designing sound effects through foley recording or using contemporary sound synthesis methods, or syncing audio to visuals, or meticulously mixing thousands of audio clips for a full length feature film, or precisely cleaning up dialogue audio and background noise/ambience, his audio engineering knowledge on post-production is fully equipped with such necessary skills to help set the mood of a scene. He holds a special fondness for sounds in Sci-fi productions where imaginative combinations of sounds are used to construct and sense new worlds. His knowledge and passion both combine to provide you with the utmost premium audio quality for an affordable price.
His latest journey into Audio Visual Engineering is allowing him to materialise his dream of bringing to life a unique visual sophistication born from being inspired by the music of Electronic music Artists like Amon Tobin, Iglooghost, Aphex Twin, Flume, Lapalux, James Blake, Kaytranada and many more. His futuristic touch on electronic music is elevated with the application of visualisers created by himself in Touchdesigner.
